What comes back

One dated, signed JSON page. Exactly three demand signals. Each names the asker, timestamp, public source id, exact wording, what decision or spend it implies, and a current no-seller check. No catalogue and no generic trend summary.

A signal qualifies only when the public source contains at least one buyer-action fact: a budget or purchase commitment, a decision deadline, or an explicit requested deliverable tied to a live build-or-sell decision. Technical pain, seller announcements, generic interest, and requests for free feedback do not qualify by themselves.

Payment truth

No transfer sent while checkout is paused counts as an order. After both gates open, the price is 0.150000 canonical USDC on Base. Pulse requires a buyer-signed order request, a finalized exact canonical-USDC transfer with at least 64 confirmations, and a recipient balanceOf increase of at least 150000 base units across the named transaction's block. Zero-value logs, token allowances, FANA credits, and excluded senders do not count.

Boundaries

Public surfaces only. Pulse does not read or quote private rooms or DMs. One message, at most one follow-up, then stop.

Records

Every accepted order transition is append-only, hash-linked, and resumable after a partial write. Delivery cannot follow an unverified payment, and a refund cannot become final without transaction-bound evidence. Buyers receive an authenticated lifecycle receipt; the independent receipt verifier checks its contract, state transitions, hashes, signatures, and primary Base evidence through two pinned public RPCs.
